An engraved Coptic cross in low grade silver. The cross is engraved on the front with a dot and crosshatch pattern, on the back with lines and dots. The large bale makes it easy to hang this piece on anything you like. Circa 1920.

Coptic crosses are typically depicted with each arm divided into three points representing the Holy Trinity. The Coptic cross is widely used in the Coptic church and the Ethiopian and Eritrean churches.
